Deposits and Payments
Name of Host or Event

Availability of dates must be confirmed with STLwinegirl before submitting your deposit. Per Guest Pricing quote must be agreed upon before making your initial payment. Rates start at $30 per guest and increase accordingly to services requested.

In Home Tastings have a minimum 10 person guest count confirmation. Arrangements can be made for smaller groups.

Final guest count confirmation is required seven days before the date of the event unless otherwise noted. In the case that some guests do not attend, the host will then be responsible for the remainder of the confirmed count.

If guests need to be added after confirmation has been made, please contact STLwinegirl immediately so proper arrangements can be made to accomodate.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation of your event prior to the seven day notice forfeits your deposit. Cancellation after the seven day confirmation requires a 50% payment. Notice of cancellation less than 72 hours in advance will require full payment of event and confirmed guest count. These policies apply to all STLwinegirl events.
