STLwinegirl prepares four courses of food
and serves them with four perfectly paired wines.

~ STLwinegirl only uses wines and foods that are available locally ~

While the event can be casual (sitting around the living room or patio)
or more formal (dinner party style), it is an open discussion format.
Guests collectively taste wines and dishes, then talk about them.

~ Guests are encouraged to express opinions, ask questions and interact! ~

Hosting a party can be A LOT of work!

Not only bringing all of the food items and wines,
she also provides the wine glasses, plateware, utensils,
cookware, serving platters, pitchers, etc.
