Just attended the beer class and the Belgian Tripel was my favorite. Impossible to pick a favorite food because the salad had a lovely dressing, schnitzel and spatzle was so tasty with the fried egg and gruyere melted on top, although the baby bison burger REALLY stood out.
But Chef Scott's desserts are TO DIE FOR! Chocolate bread pudding just MELTED in my mouth.
