Saw you on "Great Day St. Louis" this morning 2/12/10 and you were great!

Hello! I am 44 years old and have decided to learn everything I can about wine to fullfill a passion. I just passed my Intermediate level WSET exam and will start working on my Advanced level. I am also preparing for my CSW exam which I hope to take this spring or summer. Don't now what the heck I am going to do with all of this but I absolutely love it all. Can't wait to meet you and take classes at the W&CP! I feel like such a beginner in a world of professionals but I am willing and eager to learn....besides what a great subject, right?!

Attended the beer pairing at Provisions in November as well as a wine pairing in September. Both events were a lot of fun and very informative and the food was excellent. The bison burger with the pumpernickel porter was my favorite pairing from the beer event - the burger was juicy and flavorful and I thought the porter really paired nicely with the sweetness of the tomato relish. My husband and I look forward to attending more of your events in 2010!

Just attended the beer class and the Belgian Tripel was my favorite. Impossible to pick a favorite food because the salad had a lovely dressing, schnitzel and spatzle was so tasty with the fried egg and gruyere melted on top, although the baby bison burger REALLY stood out. But Chef Scott's desserts are TO DIE FOR! Chocolate bread pudding just MELTED in my mouth.

Thank you for the wonderful gourmet food and recipes presented at our private party! The wine selection was outstanding!
